Taking those initial steps toward feeling better and embracing change can feel like diving into the unknown. It’s a brave move, and I’m genuinely glad you are here! Throughout our lives we encounter all sorts of challenging experiences. My commitment is to offer you a safe space and welcoming environment where you can pour out your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. Therapy to me, is the dedicated time for yourself, a space where you can pause, reflect, and grow from your experiences. I am here and hoping to join you in your journey to self-exploration, and healing. Together we can go through your unique life experiences and set goals to support your well-being. In this space filled with warmth and understanding, there’s no judgment. Just an open invitation to sit, chat and explore what truly matters to you.
My therapeutic style utilizes a person-centered and strength-based approach while implementing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed approaches. My style? It’s warm, empathetic, and compassionate, yet direct when it comes to addressing any issues and working towards your desired outcomes.
In collaboration we will identify your goals and work through an individualized approach to help you develop insight and learn strategies to cope with any challenges.
Throughout my years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults from various walks of life, I’ve specialized in areas such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, problematic sexual behaviors, life transition and neurodiversity. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, OCD, ED, problematic sexual behaviors or navigating life transitions like being an international student, student athlete or having a new role in life- I am here for you.
I speak both Spanish and English fluently and would be happy to help in either language. It is my passion and commitment to help individuals work through any challenges and thrive. I consider it an honor to navigate life’s twists and turns with my clients. Remember, life’s hardships need not be faced alone. Together, we can navigate this intricate journey called life.
