No matter what you have been through, no matter how far you may feel from yourself and what you desire, I meet you where you are in your journey, in a brave, honest, and compassionate space, and walk alongside you to where you want to be. 

For me, being a therapist, and witnessing another is the greatest privilege, and it is extremely important to me that our work together is anchored in respect, equality, authenticity, empowerment, and even fun. 

My therapeutic approach blends the worlds of energy, depth psychology, and analytical psychology, rooted in a holistic, somatic, and soulful bedrock. Through working with the intersection of mind, energy and matters of the soul, we build your capacity to be with yourself and your experience with honesty, courage, and authenticity, and to bring your potential into embodiment. I call upon tools and practices from somatic therapy, energy medicine, nervous system regulation, heart coherence, CBT evidence-based practices, and narrative therapy – to support you in your unique needs and goals. 

I take a non-pathologizing and strength affirming approach to connect you with your deeper self. I view therapy as a dynamic collaborative process, where you are the expert on your true self, and where healing, growth, and change requires working with and integrating body, mind and spirit. 

I also acknowledge and see each of us, not in a silo, but through the lens of a complex web of of connection to our past experiences, environment(s), traumas, personality, belief systems, systemic and cultural influences, our energy body, and what is beyond the mind + body —our soul. 

I believe that each of us carries a blueprint for our self-expression and true nature, and that through small steps and micro-shifts we build sustainable transformation(s) that allow us to live in greater harmony within. Therefore, I will encourage and challenge you to put what you discover into action. “You cannot think your way into a new way of living. You live your way into a new way of thinking.” (Henri Nouwen) 

My heartfelt intention with my clients is that you reclaim your power and heal at your own pace, have a completely free and supportive space to be seen and heard, find your way back to yourself, attune to your inner being, cultivate self-love, and live from a place of authenticity, freedom and your true nature.

Background:

I have spent the last 15 years working with clients across the lifespan with a variety of needs, specializing in anxiety and depression, and helping clients to uncover the origin point or root cause of their symptoms, and heal from there. After completing my MCSP in 2011, I worked in a residential treatment facility with children and teens. Driven by an ever- evolving passion to understand true change and the human experience, I went on to study and teach others about the human energy field and energetic awareness. Through my own business, I have had the honor of working with clients and training others for the past twelve years. My background as an energy healing practitioner and mindfulness meditation teacher inform my multi-dimensional approach, which is grounded in presence, practicality, and play.
