Seeking counseling is a courageous step in your healing journey. As a therapist, I work to create a safe and affirming space for you to work towards your personal goals and growth. I am trained in art therapy and utilize art to help individuals authentically process and connect to themselves. I am here to work collaboratively with you, providing a non-judgmental space that is both safe and affirming.

I believe in the transformative power of art and its ability to help individuals process emotions, connect with their true selves, and foster healing. As an art therapist, I use creative expression as a therapeutic tool to help you access and understand your inner world. Whether through drawing, painting, sculpture, or other mediums, art allows you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a unique and profound way. I also integrate traditional therapeutic techniques to tailor our sessions to your specific needs and preferences.

I aim to meet you where you are in your journey and believe in approaching each session with a sense of curiosity, as everyone is unique in their healing process. My goal is to help you gain autonomy and confidence to create the change you seek.

My journey into art therapy began with a passion for art and a desire to help others. I started in Pittsburgh, volunteering within the LGBTQIA+ community to use art as a form of social justice and activism. This experience led me to pursue a graduate degree in art therapy in Chicago, where I worked at a trauma-focused center with LGBTQIA+ youth. Upon returning to Pittsburgh, I continued my work in schools with at-risk teens, combining my love for art with my commitment to supporting and empowering individuals.

I am here to support you in your journey towards healing, self-discovery, and growth. Together, we can harness the power of art and therapy to help you achieve your personal goals and improve your overall well-being. I look forward to working with you and witnessing the incredible transformation that therapy can bring to your life.
