Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

I feel deeply honored to walk alongside people as they navigate healing, growth, and life’s transitions. I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you feel safe to be yourself and explore your experiences without fear of judgment.

My approach to counseling is through a strengths-based lens, helping you recognize the insight and capabilities you already carry within you. I value authenticity and believe meaningful change begins when you can show up exactly as you are.

My background includes experience in OCD treatment, school-based counseling, and inpatient mood disorder treatment, where I supported individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments. This work deepened my belief in each person’s capacity for resilience and change.

My style is collaborative and person-centered. Sessions with me are a space to slow down, reflect, and feel supported while also learning tools you can use in everyday life. I integrate mindfulness and somatic awareness along with evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills through a humanistic lens, always tailoring therapy to what fits you best.

I see each client as the expert on their own story, and together we will work toward lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. If you’re considering therapy, you don’t have to have everything figured out before starting, showing up is enough. It’s a privilege to be part of that journey.
