From Frédéric Chopin to Frank Ocean (Ages 14+)

We will explore a multitude of music genres to help us relax. The selections might include modern pop, folk, R&B, classical piano, and meditative tracks.

Your music therapist will also share techniques to empower you to continue the relaxation practice at home. Each session will conclude with 15 minutes of  instructor-led progressive muscle relaxation.
